But as ISKCON continues to grow globally, navigating new cultures, technologies, and challenges, what qualities in leadership are most needed today? Which aspects of Prabhup\u0101da\u2019s leadership must be emphasized in the current time?<\/p>\n

Here\u2019s a ranked list<\/strong> of leadership qualities Srila Prabhup\u0101da wanted<\/strong>, prioritized according to our current global need<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

1. Unshakable Loyalty to Guru-S\u0101dhu-\u015a\u0101stra<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Above all else, Srila Prabhup\u0101da demanded fidelity to the spiritual authority of the parampar\u0101. He warned his disciples repeatedly: \u201cDon\u2019t manufacture.\u201d<\/em> Today, when opinion often masquerades as truth, and when many leaders feel pressured to \u201cadapt\u201d to trends, anchoring in guru-s\u0101dhu-\u015b\u0101stra is non-negotiable<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

We need leaders who are scripturally literate, spiritually rooted, and not swayed by fads. Leaders who can confidently say, \u201cThis is what Prabhup\u0101da taught,\u201d without hesitation or dilution.<\/p>\n

5. Compassionate Engagement with All<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Whether it was a child, a hippie, a scholar, or a world leader, Srila Prabhup\u0101da had a unique ability to connect with everyone<\/strong>. He saw every soul as part of Krishna, and every moment as a chance to serve. He didn\u2019t condemn\u2014he uplifted.<\/p>\n
