Refund And Returns Policy

RETURNS

If you want to return the product, you can do so within 7 days of its receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging along with the receipt. You will have the option of either exchanging the product or receiving an e-voucher.

RETURN PROCESS

The customer can return the product by informing us  along with the reason for return or create a return on the website. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you if the return has been approved or rejected based on the product condition.

CANCELLATION PROCESS

You can cancel your order item(s) from your Account page before they have been shipped from our facility. The refund amount will be credited back into your Bank Account in a maximum of 10 banking days.

EXCHANGE

You can also exchange the product for the same style in a different size. No additional shipping costs if a product is exchanged the first time. However, shipping charges will be applicable for subsequent exchanges.

RETURNS WITH PROMO CODE & DISCOUNTS

If a promo code or a discount has been used at the time of purchase, you will be credited only for the final amount you paid after using the promo code.

REFUND

We take anywhere between 3-10 working days to complete your refund request. Shipping charges will be deducted and balance amount will be refunded. For all orders refund will be provided in the form of an E-Voucher which shall be sent to your email id. and can be redeemed within 60 days.
